But in all seriousness, we did pay for chat and for beta, while it wasn't as much as BC is, it was still something, and now that money has vanished into the dark recesses of EE.

Also, if signs weren't asked for since the very conception of the game (or some other way to put text in a world), I wouldn't be so ****. But they were. And I am. Think of all the fantastic levels that could be made with signs. Levels that will never be made because people dont want to SPEND 100 DOLLARS ON A PIXEL

And for the "omg we have to protect these innocent little children from the evils of everything omg". While this is true, this isn't how it works. Have you ever talked to a little kid? Obviously not. Pardon my tangent, but I was at a writing camp the other day, volunteering, and these lil chillun were cursing left and right and calling eachother N**** and etc etc. Geez, they swear more than most high schoolers I know.

Truth be told, in an IDEAL world, kids wouldn't be exposed to the vileness of the internet. But they are. Everyday. In. Real. Life. As I think AzurePudding said, they probably will hear more curse words in real life than in EE.

Now Im not condoning cursing in front of little kids, I'm saying that the censor system is great in EE. Possibly TOO great since words like poop and even "hiroshima" are censored.(Yeah Hiroshima...O.O). The only way you can really swear is by making the word unintelligible, and changing letters around, or writing it on the world.
So let me ask you something.

Why can't they censor signs too? Wouldn't there be a way? Now there might not be. There might be some rule in coding that says "thou shalt not censor signs". But im not a programmer, so I dont know.

To sum this up, for the LOGICAL people who dont want to pay that insane amount of money, or the poor people, or the people like me who are ashamed of playing EE and wont admit it to their parents and are smart enough not to ask their parents for 100 dollars to spend on a singular pixel....Please. Give. Us. Signs.
