Actually, this would pretty much ruin the game and make the game not get any money.
They need some form of premium, and I think beta is fine for that, but with it free, it will become abused (just like chat....)

Atleast signs should be free and limited(+10 per time).

I'd rather have them bring back beta, than have signs for free. Honestly, making everything free would ruin the game (as signs are a big part of bc), and +10 at a time would be awful. I'd say limited to +1 per 2,000 energy at least for signs, if they were to make it free, and probably way more in my opinion. I would agree with cali though that it would be making EE a worse place.

They can't make everything free..
It would ruin the game as a whole, no doubt, would be incredibly overused, and defeats nearly the whole entire point of builders club.
In addition, we'd probably have this "no update" game forever/a very long time, if they don't have enough funding.
So, in a whole, change the subject.

MrShue transformed EE in a money farm, now he don't have money to update it.
Think about the cost of making new updates > than the money who make from it.
It should be vice versa in a real business.

It's too late to bring back beta in my opinion. It was cool how beta people got to test out updates first but that just stopped happening and beta was just for the blocks and smileys. Now, the game doesn't really need testing and it would be fine to leave beta as a thing that only people who were here before get.
It's true that signs are an important part of BC, but a lot of people want to use signs for building but don't want to buy BC. They shouldn't make signs free, that would be stupid, but they should make them available as a purchase separate to BC. However, this would mean that not many people would want BC anymore, so they might have to come up with something better to replace it.

I thought builders club pretty well ruined the game... featured worlds, woots, and magic didnt help either
You know I hate it when people say Builders Club ruined the game, because it actually didn't. In fact the only repercussion of Builders Club was the fact that Chris got rid of beta, but other than that nothing changed when BC was introduced. Any popular games make a premium at some point, this was just EE's version.
I will say though that woots are a horrible idea. And magic wouldn't be so bad if it didn't lock your smilies at a lower level.
