Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Locking Topics Idea

I think that the OP of a topic should be able to lock it (and change the name of it (although there are ways)).   The OP can post in the topic when it is locked, but no one else can (apart from mods/admins).   Would be helpful for topics like signature and avatar making.

Re: Locking Topics Idea

*Noob's popular thread gets locked (due to spam from him)*
*He rages and spams 10000000 autoplay vids*
Problem? Maybe a "modlock" in which only mods and admins can post in a modlocked topic?

Re: Locking Topics Idea

Maybe I wasn't clear enough.   The OP can only post in a locked topic if the OP locked it.   If a mod or admin locks it, no one can post in it.

As in, say I lock this topic.   Only I and the mods can post in it.
But if a mod locked it, only the mods can post in it.
