I just don't see the issue. Who cares if some noob kicks you for no reason? If you get kicked for being who you are, that level isn't worth playing to begin with. Also, as I speak from experience, the level that is being hosted isn't even fun. The minis are tedious and boring.

The room owners should have the right to express their wishes and use the kick command as they please, until it gets into the territory of endangering others. I don't agree with his discriminations, but at least other people will perhaps find better people to befriend.
I'd suggest just not going into his room. Being active in it will only endorse his behaviour.

He dont see that he are a noob, he is noob for you and few players.

Finally someone understand him excluding me, he likes to play with friends, not have popular worlds, if you are good, you can ask him to be friend or just leave if enter his world.
