Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

How can people not take their life seriously
Was this really necessary?

Who's serious? You calling me serious? I have all my drug dealing done through EE along with DClevels, serious business. Don't tell anyone though.

is this just directed at people who don't like how you talk?

no, people that think ee is a worldwide phenomenon and cannot live without it

I know this is a troll topic, but I must say it's true. EE is just a game, nothing more. xD
One time a cried because I forgot to save a world I worked on for 2 hours. Anyone know a good gaming therapist?

Games are games and games can be serious at a point.

There is a time where a player of any game, EE or not, will grow attached to it. They will start to put it on their regular schedule, and participate in it more and more, and eventually consider it a part of their day to day life.
A good percentage of the user base has become like that, and the game suddenly dying is a huge change. (E.g. All the "Save EE" threads...).
So it's perfectly normal to take this game seriously, after being with it for such a long time.
What do you mean by taking the game too seriously?
Adding more thoughts to your post would help GKAyss.

Honestly, though, you have played the game for a long time. Don't you have anything else to do with your time?
(I don't, but I've got other games to waste my life at the moment)

I have to agree with that. I've grown attached to Everybody Edits. I've probably not gone two weeks without playing it since late 2011, as it's become such a big part of my life. It feels like my "home" website (I'm sure lots of you have one, whether not it's Everybody Edits or its forums) that I go to really often.
Everybody Edits is getting these "Save EE" topics for that very reason you noted. Finally, the community is realizing that they are part of the reason why the lobby is full of 100 (or 200) X Minigames/Boss to Code/Espanol/Flappy Bird etc. levels, which I wish they could have realized sooner. I talked to Mustang yesterday about this, and he thinks that it's the staff team behind Everybody Edits going downhill, not us. Ever since then, I have partially agreed with him, and I really wish the staff team would come back.
Currently, the apparent reason for this is from Chris getting a real job, RPGMaster2000 leaving due to his job making other games and due to what happened on the Halloween contest, Cyclone...I guess...just leaving, MrShoe due to his "vacation," (or death, as assumed by some players) and MrVoid for unknown reasons.
Yeah, some people like me, take it really seriously. Before the wave of "Save EE" threads, it seemed like it was mostly me, Itsmeandersonlol, and KingOfTheOzone that were trying to at least attempt to revive Everybody Edits. At least, now, there are some who have the same point of view as us three.
Everybody Edits feels like my home, and I treat it so. It's more than a multiplayer flash game, it's like over half of my everyday life that I get sucked into.

I swear sometimes I can't go more than an hour checking the forums, it's become a really bad habit. I always says 5 more mins... but then mins turns to hours and the next thing you know it's time for bed. I have attachment issues with this game :B
