Don't take this personally, but I don't think just anyone can be a judge. A judge must be someone who can make judgements based on reason, rather than personal bias. Not anyone can be a judge, because sometimes when judging a competition a judge may be more likely to pick their friend over a better competitor. (I've lost contests on Deviant Art before for that very reason.)Furthermore, a judge must have had experience seeing a wide variety of level designs, and be able to judge on all factors such as art, minis, integration, and overall concept.

Oh come on! Everyone he's still play EE is a fan(so is seen many levels arts etc.). And here we are all friends(don't we?).

Personal when I judge I look what is new(that nobody think about that before), the difficult of the level, the chosen colors, and the map that should be a map(too know where I am going) not a picture(can be a picture if is abstract)and this are a few of my list. The second I play it twice to know if is boring and then I think at a one single word that is describe the level, then I look up at title too if is similar. And then I give a note between 0-100 and then I /10 at final.

I said not to take it personally. Frankly, I've seen many 'long term' users who still consider box minis and smiley art good. It hasn't to do with that, nor does it have to do with amount of time spent playing (because lots of people play all the time just because they're bored, not necessarily to make good levels.) I think the list of judges is fine ATM.

Saying anyone can judge is like saying any random player has the ability to differentiate between a quality and non quality level. Well, what if a certain players perception of quality is rainbow box minis, and non quality it just plain colored box minis. Is that person qualified to be a judge? What if ones perception of a quality mini is hookjumps, and their perception of a non quality mini is tight fits. Does that make them a qualified judge? I'm not saying you're not fit to be a judge, but rather not all players can be judges. You might be a good judge, I just don't know you that well. I know plenty of users very well though who would make horrible judges.

Every living human or "Creature" have a part of brain that is responsible in decision taken. Someone have it more developed so here we go with the quality of judge. Example: when you think to chose pizza or McDonald, you judge but you don't realize. Even now when you read you judge!
To say that not all people can judge is true because exist a decease but that cases are very sad. I believe that you chose a random EE player he will have a judgment.

Out of this order of ideas, how do you judge?

I know its hard it, but i have experience to decide that, cause i can saw who can.
Ill judge:
1) Creativity
2) Perfection(Better art or something like that)
3) Other players reason

I think you can only judge a level quality best on the best level you have played. Therefore, I think a judge should be someone who has played a variety of levels, new and old, from many different players and styles, and have a working knowledge of quality vs non quality based on caparison of one level to another.
