Whoever says Boh is not the best at EE art is in denial. I have seen few EE artists who have mastered the game such as Bee, and Sleepy, but Boh goes above and beyond my expectations. I have never seen Boh make a bad level art nor minigame wise, and to top it off he is very humble and not arrogant at all.

I'm not really sure about 'Challenge making' as I haven't actively participated in asking who made what.
For programming it was a tough choice between Captain9 or Processor. I've seen Processor make silly mistakes, yet I've seen few of Captain9's projects to judge competently.
I've seen Daniel1234 storm through minigames and I've personally questioned to myself whether he's human or not.

Buzzerbee has an obvious desire for concepts, and sometimes spends more than enough of his time testing them.
Boh is great at pixel art, although I fall back on not having enough experience to decide competently.

EEDD - His minis are famous. They are brilliant, exploit-free, and generally fun.
Challenge Playing
OrangeCrix - The ideal "pro". He can beat anything.
Minimap Artist
BEE - She will go down in history. Her stunning art is one of a kind.
Concepts/Ideas
MegaLamb - He always has something up his sleeve, whether it be a musical dash, or a key fiesta.
Programming
Atilla - Always resourceful with his coding, and always takes care for nice looking code and interface.

There are a few people on EE and forums that gone beyond any expectations, leaving me believing those people can do absolutely anything in their areas of strengths.
These people include:
~
Daniel1234 as a professional EE player. He makes me think he can do any mini even a lot of the impossible ones. "If daniel can do it, no one else can" -SomeplayerIforgot said this in a world as a joke, too bad I forgot who it was, maybe buzzerbee but I don't want to start going around calling out names.
~
Atilla as programmer. He showed his skills in programming to the point that he makes me unsure if anyone is safe if they anger him via PC. He performed the most difficult tasks I would not imagine a person I'd know could do.
~
Boh as pixel artist. Although Boh missed out by only a slight amount of votes on best of 2012 award, Boh has gone on to show that the art she makes will most likely be more than a step ahead of other artists, even the best ones. Although this is only comparing to the players in EE, I am sure Boh could win multiple awards for pixel art outside of EE.

As I said, these three peeps are gods at their areas, I don't know if anyone in EE does better work than them but I strongly doubt it, even though I can name multiple players   that are close. For example there are multiple players that are good at challenges such as orangecrix, thwinkt, spiderman, benje00, etc as well as art BEE, Honeybuckles, Chiscorey, dazz etc. as well as programming such as Processor (Made my favorite bot), Meredith, etc.

Bimps came to my level and kept the chat history alive until I came back to work on it again the next morning. I'm not surprised he can do weeks.

Stagecrew - No one creates minis as pro as him that are accessible to the under-average player skill.   His minis are both creative and accessible.

Daniel1234 - We could argue all day who should win between Daniel, Cyph1e, and Orandgecrix, but Daniel is the first true player I knew about, and met.   That is why he wins my vote.

Boh - I don't feel like I need to justify this decision.

Buzzerbee - I feel like Buzzerbee isn't expecting me to vote for him here, but alot of his bot ideas (Hello Level Generator) are great.   Barrage was fun, too, and I've never known a single song in ee to get as many views as Let It Go did.

Atilla - I was going to vote for someone else, than by magic I got a PM asking if I was sure .   JK, Atilla is awesome and if you think otherwise, then you weren't there when he became Shoe.
