[E.R.P.] Editors' Revival Project

This organization, creator, project, or group, etc., is officially affiliated with the Editors' Revival Project.

The Editors' Revival Project, also known as the "E.R.P.," is an organization started by N1KF that attempts to "revive" Everybody Edits. We do this by encouraging others to do so, but to support us, we also have a list of affiliations that support our act. We target players of all kinds, newbies and pros alike, with a more broad audience in mind.
We will also have a subgroup called the "Creators' Committee" (C.C.) that works more of a crew than an organization, that attempts to bring players together to make levels. We will support newbies who need experience, as we try to train them to become better players and finally reach their goal. Not only will this try to make newbies more experienced, but it will also try to create a friendly environment for all players.
Other than creating levels and encouraging others to do so, we also support Everybody Edits itself. We encouraging advertising Everybody Edits in a friendly manner, and to bring people from around the globe to not just revive Everybody Edits, but most importantly, have fun while doing it.

What does E.R.P mean?

How do I get affiliated with the E.R.P.?

Can I have my level affiliated with the E.R.P.?
No, as levels are very small creations, so unless your level directly advertises the E.R.P. using a URL, I can't. However, I can have you or your crew affiliated with it.

When will the Creators' Committee start?
It depends. It will likely take a long time to sort out, but hopefully I can get it started within a few months. I've never had an active crew before, so I'm not too sure how well it will work out. It will also likely take a while to find some experienced players to help me with it.
What is this "E.R.P. Boss" you speak of?
It's a boss I'm planning on making. There will be multiple minigames in boxes, and the winner will get the crown. After that, the players will go onto the next minigame, and so forth. I'm making this to advertise the E.R.P. It may take a while, as I need to figure out measurements, and I need to get people sending in minigames, as I'm not too original at making them.
Can you use my minigame for the E.R.P. Boss?
Possibly. I haven't sorted out sizes and requirements, so you'll have to wait until everything's planned out, unfortunately.
What if I really want my minigame in there now? Can't you just edit the minigame to fit it in?
That's what I'm planning on doing, though I don't recommend sending them in right now, as the requirements will probably seem quite odd, for technical reasons. If I like someone's minigame enough, though it doesn't fit the requirements or there's something annoying about it, we'll try to edit it as little as possible, but still fix the issue(s).
Can I join the E.R.P.?
No, because we don't have people "join," we just have people participate, even if they aren't signed up. We're doing this so anyone can help. However, the Creators' Committee will likely use a different system.
Why will the E.R.P. and Creators' Committee be separated?
We do this so people who like traditional crews can enjoy it, too. There's an advantage to both of these: The E.R.P. focuses on encouraging people to do so, while the Creators' Committee are those that actually do it. The C.C. (Creators' Committee) is however, more complex, and less guest-friendly.

I have plenty of time to spare. Even if you are right, I still think that at least attempting to do something about it would do more than just watching Everybody Edits die. Considering that most of the moderators are absent, it seems as if we (referring to the community in general) are the only people who have the ability to save it. At least there are some people like me who still have faith in Everybody Edits.
So, basically, no matter how crazy this is sounds, you can't stop me, as only I (or if Everybody Edits officially shuts down) can stop myself. I think Calicara/Failgirl101 sums it up pretty good here.

When people do these things, for me it's more about the journey than the destination, as the saying goes. Even if it does work, once EE is "alive" then I'll be too lazy to continue making levels. I do think making levels is fun, but these projects give me the motivation to get up and do some work.

These revival "projects" aren't useless, but isn't very effective towards the creation of better worlds.
Bringing in newbies is pretty much making the community worse (in a way)
Training newbies will be very diffucult and could result in trolls.

Yes, but those who troll are (obviously) here to destroy, not create. I'll try to get some advice from KingOfTheOzone, as he did start The Builders Foundation, after all.

Wow, that looks cool. Though, I don't mean to be picky, but the first image kind of goes with a bit of orange and yellow, and I mainly like to go with the white/red color scheme. However, the second looks nice, too, so I might use it. Either way, so you won't feel like you did that for nothing, I'll go add you to the credits for support. Yeah, I kind of noticed the derpiness in the initials, too.
