Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Not very different, are they?

NOT VERY DIFFERENT, ARE THEY?

So, when making one of my worlds, I noticed that the swamp, monster and jungle are very similar. These bg's may have different shading, but they are almost identical!

I understand that EE did have a 3-4 week update cycle, however if you are releasing an update you want it to be relatively different/unique, don't you? Having to wait a week for a new update should mean it is different at least, don't you think?

I would like to hear your opinion on this matter,

thanks to IloveBacon for image resize and edit, I was too lazy to do it for myself!

/Alex

Re: Not very different, are they?

There are much blocks almost similar, from olds to news.

This is a false statement.

Re: Not very different, are they?

Almost all of the blocks that MrShoe released were terrible, I'm not surprised about this at all. I don't understand why we need furry backgrounds, or structural beams used only for ugly looking buildings. I don't think he's ever heard of Quality over Quantity.

I agree with you on this, but MrShoe was only keeping up with the pressure of updates, and I suppose he thought that you must have to include a background/decoration, so they were probably rushed...
However,

Everybody Edits blog wrote:

Mr Void is a new admin in Everybody Edits. Mr Void will be helping out on making updates and fixing bugs…so basically an extra Mr Shoe :-)

So Mrvoid may have been responsible for some of these ideas/updates, so you cannot blame this on MrShoe alone, I can bet these updates were contributed by Void and Shoe together, so Shoe is only partially responsible.

And it's like they have never looked here.

I'm not sure that Shoe nor Void are responsible. In a blog post, MrShoe mentioned "MrSecretGuyWhoDoesAllOurGraphics." Go put the blame on him, if anybody.

You forgot about the pirate and cowboy backgrounds. They are the same with different shades.

I was just referring to any bg that looked like any other bg, I choose those 3 examples because they were the first I saw.

Pretty sure swamp and monster are the same only filled horizontally.
