When you had to re-login every time there was an update? - Kind of, I didn't experience that much.

When there was no shop?
When black blocks were just a bug?
When there was no chat?
When decorations had colour on the minimap?
When you could balance on two arrows consistently?
When there was no auto-align? - Read above.
When Gems were called (I think it was something like) EE Coins?
When there were no backgrounds or decorations?
When there was no addition of ANY type of blocks (it was just the basics)?
Peter?
When there were no profiles?
When coins did absolutely nothing (not the recent removal of magic before woots)?
When there was no kicking (or any commands)? - I haven't been here long enough.

When not everybody had usernames? - If you mean that the new playing as a guest is limited, yes. Otherwise, no.
When you were green on the minimap? - Yes, I really liked that.

I remember all of this, but 'When Gems were called (I think it was something like) EE Coins?' I'm pretty sure they weren't called ee coins.
Remember Pro, the beta version for Kong? Or when there was no god mode, so you'd have to use arrows to start building at the top of the level?

They were, for like 2 days. Then a lot of people were freaking out because they thought it meant the in-game coins or something.

Also, does anybody remember the old website with the changelog on it?
And that one day arrows were visible on the minimap?

When there was no chat? Yeah, I was in that moment

When decorations had colour on the minimap? Yeah, I saw that , before there was no colour, then yes and then no

When you could balance on two arrows consistently? Yeah, It was awesome

When there was no auto-align? Yeah, i remember many times of trying to jump in 1 block gaps

When there were no backgrounds or decorations? Yeah, It was added in december 2010 the decorations and backgrounds was added later

When there was no addition of ANY type of blocks (it was just the basics)? Yeah, It was before the new interface.

Omg yes! Didn't coins used to be transparent on the minimap? Also you could put secret blocks on top of coins.

Anyone remember learning how to make smiley art? That's how I first learned to make circles

1. Yeah... pretty annoying that time... but once it happens, it mean good things happen.....

EE had it's good and it's bad changes.
I really didn't enjoy the decorations losing their MiniMap color.
I remember when bots were actually a thing that only a few people had.
I remember when there were no backgrounds.
I remember the old layout.
I remember before there was a 'Classic' tab, and when things we're out of the shop they were out of the shop for good.
I remember when there was no 'Safe-Chat'.
And some other crap I can't think of.
Over all it's a popular game for such a simple concept.
