Is soooo coincidence that is the same aura as EE2 mod mode right?

Guardian is a "mod aura" without powers, just aura and purple name that the jerks of NVD & ULTRABASS (Creators of the actual down EE2) will get when released, NOT A POTION.

Is this fair? Those guys getting an exclusive crap for copying 99,99% source and adding a number to the game title? please.
