I want to do the same.

Many people in the game saw that or they really, really what is pictured (some sort of smiley face, etc.) or some sort of level ... How did it make? Please tell me more if you can ... :/

Let me try to be nice to you. That level is not drawn by a normal player. They use a program that builds things really fast.

Oh I thought you were talking about smileys. Those shift levels are done by using bots. You should ask Nou or Cyph1e.
