I want to find out information about the witch smiley;

Is it still possible to get the witch smiley from magic coins after the wizards or is it impossible now?

You can get the witch anytime even if you dont have any wizards: Works with every wizard

You can get the witch without wizards. Its a permanent magic coin smiley. It's just very rare. You can get it at any time.
