Is it still possible to get the grinch?

Yeah, I know, you're probably thinking that it's impossible that I couldn't have gotten it if I just played a little every day, but I must seriously be the unluckiest guy in the world.
So my question is, can I still get it as of now?

The Grinch will remain in the game for a limited time, though we don't know how limited.
The witch, on the other hand, is a permanent fixture.
