martynas seems they don't care, it's also the same issue for me. But this game is based on a North American host.
The original smiley I told chris i'm from another continent and he let me take a picture of my postcard and send in through e-mail, i'm going to do it again and see if it works.

He has more of a caring attitude aswell I have noticed.

He's lying.
Lithuania is Baltic country and is basically right next to denmark and sending a postcard shouldn't cost a lot.
I send my card from Estonia and it cost me 1.04€ (1€ for postmark 0.04€ for envelope)

Oh Martynas? I know him. Banned in a wiki I manage, as he admitted that he is 9 yrs old (COPPA law). Being super aggressive while swearing at everyone, and so on. So I suppose he's not that reliable on statistics.

I alredy told brian about if we could be able to send emails and photo a draw made by us about summer in EE or something like that, answer was:
