Guardian Vote

I think this is a bunch of nonsense.This is a good way to escape ee if its implemented.Id hate to have koto master1 and gka roaming my worlds , doing as they plz , maybe they can get godmode but NOT be able to edit? That would take a slight edge off the pain.

Gka is AFK too much, no he won't be. I wouldn't mind KOTO to be a guardian, idk about master1

Gka is AFK too much, no he won't be. I wouldn't mind KOTO to be a guardian, idk about master1

It dosen't matter WHO gets it I DONT WANT A FREAKIN RANDOM GUY COMING INTO MY WORLD EDITTING MY STUFF AND KICKING WHO HE PLEASES,AND IF HE DOES,I'LL JUST KICK THE GUARDIAN.And if I can't kick the guardian ill kill the room

I DONT WNATN JDASYDKBDUAYTSATSUDYSTD KICK EDIT KOFIDSUF MY ROOM SAUODYAISDAS. You say it like you think that future guardians will be 10/10 inmature people. If they kick/ban someone on your room will be probably because they were doing something agaisn't EE Terms & Rules. If a guardian cannot do his job correctly he doesn't deserves being a guardian and his powers will be removed. Simple as that.

@zeldaxd Well...alright...I hope they can find a guardian that is non biased and doesn't make mistakes nor kick/ban for no reason...my point still stands.Oh and again , where are mrvoid,mrhightop,and ben to "revoke" these "powers"...my point still stands...and honestly,what if the "guardians" that are picked are not who they say they are? What if a 9 year old kid gets guardian...I think IF anyone could be guardian,they should be 15 or older..otherwise , they are not responsible enough...and even 15 is pushing it.

Oh yeah, the whole point of guardians is that there is moderation while devs are busy with other things. If they're busy then it might take a while for them to respond to reports of corrupt guardians. I guess we could get atilla or meredith to ban them or something. Or, email brian.

Yeah, going on vacation and relaxing.

All the Guardians will behave appropriately, if they abuse there powers then they will just get the privileges revoked and probably banned from the game. So, eventually there will be well suited Guardians for the job and all of them follow the rules.

I can assure you that nobody who becomes a guardian would do this. Sure they will come into your levels, but you should only worry about them editing if there is something against the rules.

Gka afking is more of a joke. He does afk quite a bit, but we all tend to over-exaggerate it a lot. I probably afk more often than he does. It's still a terrible reason for not making someone a guardian, just look at the real admins, going afk for a year ^^

I really do not think you would have to worry about this, because I don't think they will pick any of the super immature people. Quite a bit of people would abuse it, but I have faith that most of them would not try to abuse their powers. Pretty much everyone has Brian's email now, and I'm sure that if something ever went down, Brian would find out about it. Any abuse of abusing banning powers would also be recorded within the game itself. I really don't think you have to worry, but I guess we'll see what eventually happens.

@master1 and kingoftheozone I trust you guys pretty well,I think youd be the best picks for the job , although I'm pretty positive youd give in to the temptation or editting other's worlds.

Mhm...I would.I would hate any1 roaming my worlds.I don't want guardians,period.But if they were chosen Id think they'd do a decent job,regardless how much i'd dislike them coming into my worlds and getting edit without permission.Stop commenting on something you don't understand.

Who actually wants to be a guardian? Personally, I don't have the time or the patience to go around random worlds and seeing who's breaking the rules, or resolving an argument between 8 year olds. I have better things to do.

If no has told has you that guardians will not be able to edit, that is not a reason to assume that guardians will be able to edit.
Though I also assumed that they would be able to edit.
