Final Warning'd?!

This is probably an old thing but:
I got this suddenly then I was considered "chatting too fast"   and I thought I was permanently chat-banned. But after a while I sent a test and it worked, then it said i'm chatting too fast again. The interval seems to be once per minute.

Is this a long-known feature and I missed something or what? Sorry if I sounded like a newb but how is this triggered and when will it expire?

Yeah I think that's been around for quite a while. I remember it happening to me a long time ago. Unrelated, but I remember there was this bug where the spam filter would treat sending a blank message (ie closing the chat box using enter) as a real message. So if you hit enter repeatedly then you get those system messages.

It's a rather petty anti-spam method, you can rejoin the world and you can talk again.

k, but when will this final warning come out?
Edit: Seems to be this. Say something 3 times, on the 4th time say it with a space (zwidth or normal space) then 5th time say it with a space again.

There is no final warning it just keeps warning you again and again till you rejoin the world it resets and it wouldn't let you talk till you rejoin

Just say something 4 times. The message says "You tried to say the same thing four times"
Why would there be any weird rules attached to that?

Try to add a space after the forth message, you can still say it the forth time, but when you say it again (with space), you get that final warning.
