Vulgar Bot, Download Today!

So, I was in Dazz's flower world, and a bot entered and started using vulgar language to us. I don't have a screenshot because I didn't Prnt Scrn

Basically the chat log looked like this:

Your****234: Dazz is a *****
Your****234: Dazz is a *****
Your****234: Dazz is a *****
Your****234: Alexthementalone is a *****
Your****234: Alexthementalone is a *****
Your****234: Alexthementalone is a *****

So the bot would address each of us about 3 or 4 times and say vulgar things, I don't think this is a person because I checked out their profile and they are level 1 and show no activity of being a user. If this was to become popular then it would be awful, imagine 10-15 bots constantly swearing at you, in alot of worlds you joined in. This has only happened on 1 occurrence to me, that was yesterday.

You could do the /mute command, but that is only for an individual player. So obviously you can't go muting 15 people every time you enter a world with the bot active.

The bot account I saw on my 1 occurrence was yoursh**234

A harassment bot. Wow.. how far did the EE Community fall so far. It started with just guest bombing maps to prevent others from entering, then spam bots appeared along with map crashing stuff. Now someone adds insult on top of it.

Disable chat again MrShoe, disable chat for all but those who are willing to pay for it. Make it 20 euro, I have no problem with that.

i forgot that people didn't used to all have chat, it's been so long. that's why there was such little abuse

I remember this, I've could have kick him out   but I wanted to ban him, the problem is that I couldn't ...idk why, so I kicked him in the end. Even though it's not my fault for his rude behavior and for insulting everyone there, I apologize for that awkward moment. There is a funny part in this story, his username, I it makes me laugh...he insulted us but he also insulted himself too, without realizing it

Today a girl invited me to her level, without asking her she told me she's 8 years old, this is a game for all ages, no harm there but without moderation its impossible to keep the game clean, besides,,,in my opinion this game does not deserve a cent, not after what happend last year, let alone 20$/E   just to be able to chat, if someone has money doesn't mean hes/she is a saint. Maybe the guardian thing is not such a bad idea. Rules can be respected if you really want, I've been on this forum since 2011 and I never got a warning. Those afraid of guardians I believe that deep down are afraid of themselves, they won't have the freedom to act like a bunch of lunatics, insult, troll and make all sort of mean things.

no lunatic should be afraid of guardians, EE does not have the power to ip ban... as of now.
an endless stream of level 1 accounts, and your lunacy is consequence free.

But people found the guardian glow and other things. And there have been emails sent to Brian regarding it which came back with replies, so I'm sure it's real.

They should add an option to prevent people lower than level X from joining your world. Should stop a fair amount of bots. And blacklists. There are tonnes of things that could be added to prevent this.

IMO pre-chat times were better, and this is coming from someone who didn't have chat.

1 cent chat was the best. It was pretty easy to get chat yet it wasn't given to everyone. The only downside was that some people couldn't use paypal or a credit card because of the country they were in. Or something like that, I just remember that JR2 told me something along those lines.
