No - player IDs aren't consistent with each player (I may be ID 12 and rejoin and be ID 18) and there is no fuctional use for IDs to be saved in the world save file - why does it matter if someone placed a block?

Block's don't have UserID's you can only see the people who placed the block if you're in the world at the time they are placing blocks but I guess someone could make a bot that connects as a ghost (it doesn't appear on the player list in the world and can't do much and it doesn't intefere with the world) like to just log all the blocks being placed in worlds

I'm sorry, but I have been out of the community for quite a while, due to work and RL shenanigans... I have no idea who NVD Or Jawoddywoddy is...
Bass5098 is probably the only "trustworthy" person afaik on this list. Mainly as I usually see him on an IRC, under the pseudonym "Bash". He seems to be a well spoken guy, with no real intention of malice.
I can't really comment about NVD or that Jawoddywoddy guy, as well, I have never seen them in any EE levels, since I have played. Perhaps they used a different pseudonym, or haven't made any rememberable maps.
I agree on what 0176 (14) Said, "he'd pick whoever seemed most familiar and promising to him.", as he doesn't really know the EE community, he just merely updates it every 13 months or so.
The fact that Void/Shoe does not get involved in the EE community shows that he is only making rash decisions.
Just my couple of pennies.

We should have some kind of 'voice of the community' that handles these kinds of things, similar to the way that Jawapa emailed Brian naming some worthy candidates, except instead of one person emailing them it should be decided by the community. I know that Meredith's vote topic didn't really work but perhaps votes for people who are exploiting the system (eg 'Vote for me and get edit!') could be identified and simply ignored.

Thanks for taking the time to write up this thread. It's too bad that the admins of EE don't care about the game enough to be more involved. The choice of guardians only illustrates their disconnect from their own game. I know I haven't been involved with the community much, but for what it's worth, I'll have nothing to do with this game anymore.
