How have the Guardians been performing lately?

So, I was inactive for about a week or two and haven't played the game much. How have the Guardians been acting?

Do they resolve situations in a peaceful manner, or are they trigger happy when it comes down to banning?

I suppose it's important to have community evaluations of the Guardians and how they act.

what sorts of situations? please dont respond with one that dont actually happen because then i cant answer the question because they havent been put in that situation so we can see how they would respond.

In other words: They just abuse their granted abilities.

The owner must have given the guardians edit, which allows allows anyone to do whatever they want in their world.   Getting someone un-stuck is considered helping, not abusing.

I saw yesterday ultrabass turning on and off guardian aura EVERY SECOND, so much attention **** and abuse.

Please, that's not a complaint. Hell, if I had purple mod aura I'd be flashing on and off every minute I could too. I don't get where the majority of complaints are coming from. I've seen all four guardians in game, and also I see Jawapa and Kingoftheozone regularly. I've never had an issue talking with any of them, and them seem genuinely interested in keeping the game safe. Aside from the whole Jawapa/Fdoou, and Jawapa/Merideth things I really haven't seen where all this 'abuse' is coming from.

Next thing is making their messages get highlighted, why not.

Some of the powers that has been given to them like the aura or the name is just going to make them brag about it, alredy got some cute screenshoots on a folder i did specially for them, their power should be moderate the abuse; not keeping afk in a world while aura on and naming world "jawapa".

I still don't get why this is such a big deal. Some people like to see the cool guardian aura. I think it's a privilege they deserve as guardians, because they are no longer regular players they are an equivalent of moderators. The aura also helps them stand out, so they are more easily identifiable. It's not as if they are going around saying "haha you will never be as good as me."
I think the guardian aura is awesome, and I love it when they use it, because it's something special you don't normally get to see. It's really such a menial thing to care about though.

You aren't getting the point, aren't you calicara? It is a volounter work to do, reading reports. They don't deserve any privilege more than of helping the game itself, is not about if the aura is cool or no, if it is cool go edit the swf and add it to everyone, is about helping EE to manage better and to reduce the crashing, spamming and more annoying things, but ohwell the aura is cool, yes why not, I hate watching everyone asking "wow guardian123 how you got that aura", "wow guardian123 you a hacker", "wow guardian123 i want you to **** me, make me a baby and pay me the abortion for it", "pls guardian123 add guns to EE". Why the hell do they need to be identificable.

The times I have seen guardians they are usually reading reports. If they're afk with their guardian aura, sure they're showing it off but maybe they're only afk because they're reading reports.

Reports are not ingame. They would not need to be ingame with aura for that.

Their appearance effectively means nothing, it's just a cool way to identify them as different from everyone else. You don't have to like it, but them wearing it doesn't make them obnoxious either.

Also, you can apply the same logic to god mode v non god mode.
The guardian aura isn't about bragging, it is about identifying them from other players, as with what guest name colours v normal user colours were, what beta colours v normal colours previously were (betas had yellow names in the name list as far as I remember?)
Why should a visual effect harm you so much? Just ignore it.
Being annoyed at them for what they are DOING is fine, as that's their job, but simply saying that them having a purple aura, and trying to bring that argument into the "stuff the guardian update", is just pointless.
And what says volunteering for jobs doesn't get you anything?
What, do you think the people who volunteer to be soldiers shouldn't receive the 10% reduction prices at stores?
I think you should rethink this "bragging" point, as it obviously isn't helping your argument against the guardians much

Now that's just irresponsible.   Guardians are trusted with their power and need to make sure no one else can access their account and abilities, not just go "loloops" when it happens.   This should not be allowed, as any guardian just as well could abuse their power and lie and say "sorry my bro was messing around" and get away with it.   That isn't right.

With power comes responsibility.   A guardian should log off if they're leaving their computer.
