How do I create a level?

I saved up to buy a 400x100 world because I've got a good idea for a world, but I don't see any "create game" button and in my saved worlds there is only the standard world you start with.

You sure you spent all the required energy?
Look at your worlds and see if it's there or not.
It might be a bug.

Refresh your page. Can be helpfull as well

Oh nevermind I think you are talking about tall worlds 100x400 if that's the case you can't buy 'em.

It let me buy it though through the shop. Is it a known bug or something?

can you post of a screenshot of the shop with your mouse hovering over the world you claim to have bought?
