Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?
You are not logged in.
Whenever im on its 40-50 players online >_>
This. Before I came back I don't think I'd ever seen it go below a hundred without something like an update having gone off 10 seconds beforehand.

You guys must be on at the wrong time :O
Yesterday there were over 100 players online.
There shouldn't be a wrong time.

Back in late 2011/2012, I remember 2,000 players being active on a good day. Also, I am sure there are at least 2,000 active players as not all players come on at the same time and the "online" count is not a very good way of measuring. A better way to measure would probably be a graph of how many players log in on a day.

From what I can see the average amount of players on is about 125-ish.
Weekends usually have around 200-250 players.
Weekdays have a lot less usually around 75-100
At night, on any day, there is usually around 50 players
It really just depends on what day/time you are on.
Recently I have seen a the amount of people on go up quite a bit because of the contest and people checking out some of the new stuff. I don't expect the numbers to grow a lot... most people get on spend energy if they can, then get off.

I would agree with ^
Right now, there are 130 online.

That's surprising... especially for a lot of people in school today.
Yeah I found it surprising too. But like you said, contest and new stuff, so maybe that has some effect.

Depends all on timezones.
Still think the game is dying, even if at the peak hours, the game had 200. Previous years had 200 as the very lowest (on weekdays at school times for most people)! So while the game is definitely not dead, its dying quickly, and these updates will only keep players playing, not end up encouraging new players to play (which is what we need to keep this game fun)
I predict a year before it reaches a 60 player peak

People are way too straightforward!

People are looking at the "end of the world," when you should really be doing something rather than watching this happen.
This right here... is genius
That's some Jaden Smith's twitter account type post right there.

We've done all we can. It's all up to shoe and void to stop fiddling around with their responsibilities and actually improve the game.

Recently, they have done things the community have asked for. Blue coin doors, free signs, improved portals, and contests. If you actually want something in the game, just ask them for it. They are surprisingly good at answering the community.

I understand this, but it would not be impossible to make the game last longer, even if not forever.

Well, we can't exactly know if it will end. There will be more explosions like Big Bang, but they won't end the universe, they will change it. I don't think the universe will end. We don't even know if it has an end
It's just that we don't have many new players joining the game, so the amount of players that play EE can only go down. That's unless devs find a way to bring new players to the game.

Or, if, y'know, advertise it on other websites.

is up to you guys to advertise ee, in your facebook, twitter, with your friends, or anywhere. Your signature on another forum could be an ad of ee for example, this official one that isnt being used that i know of;

If they actually answered/listened to the community they would go on the forums which I'm quite sure they're already aware of.
Not only that, but when we said that we wanted old EE back shoe stripped away all of our blocks except the metal pack, gravity pack, and basic blocks in open worlds.

There wouldn't be a problem with MrShoe visiting, but essentially his little helpers are excessively belligerent and unwelcome to harass and/or intimidate users. The solution is to, obviously, prevent their presence.
