Moderators don't accept smileys from anyone. Now they are working with Brushfire aka Toop so if you want bee smiley asnehim to make one. By the way he already have made bee smiley but he removed that. You can still find that in the posts of topic "Brushfires Graphics" i think.

If a spring 2015 theme were to be added, it would probably be around late March / early April, and it probably wouldn't consist of all those ideas depicted in that suggestion. Depending on what the rest of the community wants I'll consider your smiley request, although nothing is guaranteed at this point.
