I think, all who are fighting with each other shouldn't even get mod. A moderator never does something like that.

Not entirely true. On Runouw(that other website that was posted in that one welcome topic), some of the most mature people I know have pretty bad grammar. Their easy to get along with, they know the difference between a spammer and a user trying to relax a bit.

Say you meet a student that's only good at Calculus, and one that's only good at Writing; which one is more responsible? You can't pick right? There's an insufficient amount of data. Can't judge a book by its cover.

So grammar and post count mean nothing.
