Useful Topics

There are many great topics and terrible topics. There should be a long list of useful topics that people can sort through and check out. People can post topics for other people to see for themselves. This is NOT an advertising topic to post advertisments, only for topics that can be useful. You might say "but there is already the stickying topics" but there are many topics that are good, and not stickyed so we could put them here.

I'm not sure if there already is a topic like this, so tell me if there is.
