[Release EE Client] Inspection tool with blockid

So I have changed EE's client to show what the BlockID is when you use Inspection tool.
Could be good for programmers or normal users.

How To Use:
1) Press J to show/hide blockID
2) Press I to enable/disable Inspection Tool

Two questions:

1) Is there a way to toggle this on and off (in client)?

2) Would it be possible to do something similar, but for portal IDs?

It's in Inspect mode so... yes?

I meant going from 'regular inspect mode' to 'inspect+ids mode'

1, do you want to toggle the blockid on or off?
2, this is possible yes

Not sure if the devs are reading this, but I do think this is very nice to have, mostly for bot makers.
Just makes a couple things that small bit easier.

Hope it will be implemented in the official game.
