I would. Quarter tones are essential for creating arabic music. They work well with horrible modern "art" music too.

I understand that they are important in music but I don't see EE as a platform for stuff like this. Personally, I don't think people even fully utilise our current musical tools in EE. The drum pack has had a bunch of stuff added to it since its release, but I don't see people going crazy with percussion. Then again, I don't really play the game, let alone play music worlds.
