Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Yes because you really learn C# with finished code?

it was literally the topic ontop, do some research first
use NuGet to obtain a signed version of the playerio dll.

Finished code is a great way to get to know a programming language

If you got a basic understanding of programming and start with simple examples... Yes actually. At least I know it works for me.
Besides, when I look through google and get on stackoverflow, I don't care about the paragraphs of text written at the answer, I just copy the code, check for any important warnings and then check how the code works.

I don't care about the paragraphs of text written at the answer,
A bit off-topic, but that's a great point. Perhaps there's more than just "noob programmers" and "people who know what they're doing" in this community.
There's "people who wonder at how things work" and "people who just want results." You seem to balance a bit in the middle, but that quote there suggests a heavy learn towards the latter. I hadn't thought of that. imo you learn considerably less by ignoring the explanations

Indeed. The difference we should examine here is what we're doing to get this "finished code" -- If the person looking for these finished codes is purely in the market to get functionality, and not learning (which is 99.9% of the requests here) then he's arguably not for the right reasons, compared to the guy who looks for examples of code to learn the language.
that is, some people want to learn. some people just want the results. It's terribly easy to claim one or the other because the output isn't evident. However, you could argue that anyone who wants to learn the language would use google and other resources to find "finished code" examples that don't involve playerIO because that part in itself is so small compared to the actual language and making things happen.

I use some codes from stackoverflow. Math is not my bright side, which is needed for programming. Sure I could make a bot and give out the sourcecode, but that will maybe only end in many new threads how to code in C#.

Conversely, many people will feel empowered by your contribution and you'll gain many threads asking about why their first ever attempt at coding has red squiggles.

i learnt how to work with many things only because i had 1 finished bot.

You can always look at my pastebin. There is some easy coded bots. (Maybe outdated) http://pastebin.com/u/capasha
You also need to look at EE's protocol
Happy coding.

Don't worry. There's no any better signature.
