Petition to make classic packs purchasable with energy

I don't get classic packs.Classic smileys are ok,they're purely cosmetic,but having certain packs only available for purchase with money just limits what a player can do with in-game art.Since BC has been removed you have to get each pack individually and that ends up to be a lot of money.

Classic packs should be available to purchase with energy so you can use every block EE has to offer without spending money. Classic blocks would be the same as if CSGO had some weapons you could get for a limited time and after you'd have to buy them with money if you wanted them.

I think all purchasable items should be purely cosmetic.

I support. People can't do amazing in-game art becasue they dont have classic packs

Classic blocks ruins art imagination

Which packs are in the classic tab?
The only classic packs I've had to buy were the packs from 2010, which only have a couple of silly decorations

Woah that's like 1/3 of all the decorations we have. I agree, that's way too much stuff in the classics tab.

they are holiday-locked items, which means you may only get them in a specific area of time

same goes with holiday campaigns; they're available for a couple of weeks, and if you missed it, then you must wait another year until you may play it again

yes but you get the same campaign every year and with the blocks there are different packs every year so if you missed a pack you have to spend actual money on it instead of energy

In all seriousness, you can buy these packs slowly from the gems you get in the daily login rewards. I bought Spring 2011 recently, and it was worth the wait.

I disagree. Classic items should remain.
However, when open worlds come, I had this idea that all blocks are available to use, if world creator chooses this option: alll blocks that are available in shop, the ones that are purchasable with energy and even the classic blocks.

I have all packs in EE and what? i dont feel very important. It is better to give all packs to all people. People will create more awesome worlds in my dreams. But people will create worlds like "#qutin" and fill it with random stuff...

also, Usually more colourful and beautiful in-game art wins in contest. It means that only old players can win, because they have more blocks to play than noobs

I like this idea, but I say they should be for a large amount of energy, like 10000 or some number that I just didn't make up right now, so they are still 'rare'

As far as I can see:

Person that does not want to wait 4 years or spend 50 euro on a flash game:

Ugh, don't make them avaible again. I will lose my 'special' blocks where I have played so long for.

Having some exclusive blocks is ok, but this is just too many.
Maybe make it so that each season you can buy the new pack of blocks and an old pack (of the same season).

This way all the blocks will be avaible and the classic tab will shrink a bit.
The old packs won't lose their 'special' thing (blocks of vertrans) as fast as making them purchable instantly.
And if people choose so, they can still buy some packs because even with this kind of think, it will take some time to get all packs.

EDIT:
The slow regaining of the classics with energy is also done to prevent this > I want my gems back.
We can also just give the people that own all blocks ATM (classics of course) a badge called 'classic' and a smiley.

Agree'd. Two things tho;

1. What if, I add some energy to a pack, but don't buy it, and the limited time of buying with energy passes?
Does it still show you added energy, but it won't let you add more?

Seasonal items are seasonal. So if the limted time is over, it should get locked again. Throwing away the energy would be unfair so just as you said. It will show the added energy but it won't let you add any new energy.

I will be for buying with energy if I get all my gems back that I used to buy the classic packs. I don't care if I have to rebuy them with energy.
