'Cost' Doors

Doors that only open when you have a certain amount of coins and touch them (they will also remove the coins spent). Doors like this could be made client and global with both coin types (obviously).

Why not just have a "coin removal" block, instead, and combine it in-game with a coin door? That would allow more customization, and be simpler to use.
