Mario-like Cosmic Clones Effect Block

Well, very simple idea.. but also very cool!

If you have ever played Super Mario Galaxy, you must've encountered the Cosmic Clones.
They're creepy-looking clones of Mario who follow him. If you don't move, they'll catch up and they will try to kill you.

My idea was something like this, but for EE. If you don't move fast enough, they'll catch up and kill you.
They disappear after you're killed or you touch an effect block.

Q: Why don't you just add this?
A: I want feedback from users instead of Admins/mods/devs.

This isn't the same. This will only kill you if you move too slowly. Curse will kill you if you don't complete something within a certain time.
Plus: it looks cool

Another plus: if you're with too many in one spot, you're basically doomed

No, this is different. The curse effect does not quickly kill you if you stop moving or backtrack. It is based on movement rather than time.

I remember that one particular star. I died so many times there. Anyway, I now want it, but isn't it going to be kinda hard to implement?

I suppose if this gets too laggy, the version from Super Mario 3D Land (having only one clone) could be added instead.

The only thing I'm concerned about is... Lagg. I can already see players being stalked by 100 clones of them self.

I have better suggestion: non-stop effect. if you stop for <imput number here> - die. Also, jump doesnt counting as moving.
