i'd say for most powerful, scarlet witches, reality bending, or Franklin Richards all around god powers.

as for most fun. Flight, invisibility , teleportation, or shape shifting.

If i had to chose one power that i would love to have beyond any other. it would be a power i think about quite often.
either

the ability to manipulate energy - not only is this the power to control computers but also a persons brain via impulses.
or
the ability to have complete and utter control over biological things to a sub cellular level - the power to control a person down to the smallest part of DNA. i could give you cancer with a thought, suspend your conscious, move your body at will. make you think what ever i want you to. make you think you thought it yourself. and if for what ever reason i was to be killed it could competently convert someone else's DNA to my own and alter their brain to contain my memory, cloning my self on to them.

I will admit that sounds interesting but you can't deny that telekinesis would be far more interesting.

Also consider that there's a fine line between superpowers and breaking the laws of physics. I think superpowers should be incredibly convoluted but still scientifically feasible. Manipulating time is a big question mark right now.

I think most powerful you could consider manipulating electricity. Because: thunderstorms, computers, brains! You could have power over almost anything in today's world

As for most fun, I have extreme bias over invisibility. Invisibility can go two ways: you're literally invisible, no one can see you.
OR, and this is the part I like, you're technically "invisible" but no one notices you. Like their brains acknowledge you're there but the person doesn't. That means you can basically do whatever you want, like go into a restaurant kitchen and cook your own meals, and many other things.

Oooh I wrote a personal essay about it... lemme go find it...

I choose shapeshifting to be my power.

Pros of shapeshifting, could shapeshift into literally anything if your mind is creative enough so I could shapeshift into a satellite or cancer or a magnetic quadrupedal creature that attracts cars and iPhones and eats them so food comes to me! If you can think it, you can become it so yes you can have virtually any power you want, but you'd hafta' come up with what creature thing mechanic can make me do that.

Power of flight? Transform into a bird! Power of super speed? Transform into a cheetah...or a jet. Power of telekenesis? Transform into a...I'm actually not sure. Power of super strength? Transform into a dragon...on steroids. Power of super smarts? Transform your brain into Einsteins...or an intelligent alien. Power of shooting magic projectiles of whatever you want? Transform into a cyborg...with an elemental gun. Power of self-duplication? Cut your limbs off and transform each limb into a new you & repeat (getting un-duplicated is your problem). Power of invisibility? Use transformations to add special lenses all around your body to make light pass through yee so you'd be invisible. Power of immortality? Transform into an immortal jellyfish ... or copy genes of immortal jellyfish and put it in your human code.

Cons of shapeshifting...it probably hurts...alot! Shapeshifting from your human form into a spider has gotta be painful. The breaking and rapid growth (or shrinkage) of bones and muscles just makes me squeamish thinking about it. But less complicated things would hurt less like human to monkey. More complicated/different it is from current form, the more it'll hurt.

Size differentiation has also got to be a problem. Say you wanna transform into Godzilla...well don't transform into Godzilla...I'm sure the weight of his body would crush his own bones & organs and if not he'd die of starvation 'cause there's no way he eats enough. But lets say you wanna transform into a dragon. Dragons are bigger than us rye? So we'd need alot of energy for us to grow bigger. So once we finish that transformation we'll probably be starving, but nothing food can't solve. Growing smaller; alternatively, won't require much energy and you'd be hyperactive after the transformation is done.
So will you know how to use your new body effectively? Probably not. It'll take you some training to get used to your new body especially if they have more or less limbs...or you're a satellite. Of course the more complicated/different transformations would be, the harder for you to learn to use effectively and get used to.

I still go with shapeshifting.

The ability to freeze and unfreeze time.

It would allow you to do pretty much anything you want without the risk of being caught. Even if you are caught, escaping would simple.

Want something from a store? Freeze time, go grab it, then unfreeze. Everyone else would see it magically vanish off the shelf.

Most powerful: manipulating time in any way you want including stopping time, making it go backwards, creating time-space holes that cause one person to be at two different locations at same time or nowhere.
