A page for finding crews/crew members

If you want to join a crew or need members  for your crew I guess you mainly look for them on the forums, but most EE players don't even use these forums so I think it could be handy to have something like this in the game. Basically if you have a crew you could add it to a list of crews which need minimakers or artists or something and then people could scroll through that lists if they want to join a crew. It could work the other way around too - a list of people who want to join a crew.

Or something like that

Cool idea. Kinda like that central recruitment topic, except it actually works and is much better.
