why would you want woots back when likes and favorites are ore "valuable" than woots since you can only like & fav once whereas you can woot 10 times.

Was that really necessary to say? A lot of people are learning English on these forums, and they will improve if you give them time, but not if you run them off with posts like that. Look at Creature, he used to be infamous for how bad his English was and now he Englishes with the best of them.

Off topic: This is not even a petition and your english is barely understandable.
