I think it is a good idea to do custom description , when you won the level. Like this:

Why does the text have to be more EE? It's an example, not a reality. If it gets put in, then the staff will make it "more EE."

Or you could just put it on a sign next to the trophy, putting it as a win message doesn't really make a massive difference

Yes, but the human mind takes a comment that is immediately linked with an achievement much better than if you were to put a sign next to it.
It may be easier, but people will feel more accomplished when a message pops up with it.
Which means, EE staff would be making a good improvement.
However, can you have multiple victory lines - as in two different lines of text? And what would the character limit be?
