This happends the same with me. So, you guys needs just refresh the lobby and wait maybe 10-5 seconds to appear the campaign worlds.
That does not work, I've waited over 3 hours.

When you get to your new house, put the cat in a bag upside down. Walk (or run, if you didn't successfully drug your cat) around your house counter-clockwise three times. Next, run for your life. Now, your cat should both loathe your existence AND forget where "home" was.
I'm sure this will help you fix the campaign bugs that we haven't much control over. 
Tbh, though, I can't see a particular reason that kongregate authentication should affect the rendering of campaign worlds. Whatever is going on, someone made a rather curious programming decision.

Your profile shows that you have badges... You can still do the campaigns I assume.
I've done all campaigns except for Fractured Fingers, but I can't see them on campaign tab.

UPDATE:
I can now see campaigns, but only after I click the campaign tab AND the campaign I want to do. Still cannot see world pictures/badges (not important as this is not badge-related).

Xjeex and I figured out that it is ue to me using NPAPI flash on chrome.
Only reason I use it is because pepperflash is super laggy.
Firefox is laggy as well and Internet Explorer is for old people.
