Could this user be posting links to viruses in chat? (screenshot)

IT IS AN .EXE FILE, WHICH IS THE MOST COMMON WAY TO "EXECUTE" SOMETHING ON YOUR COMPUTER

Are there virus/spyware scammers now?

inside the zip folder is an .exe file and a playerIO.dll.

looks so obvious that it could be a virus.

spambot for EE..verry creative from the programmer of this bot :rolleyes:

It's called News destribudator and says the same text in every world, which is online

What does the spambot do?
Is it another one of those 'password guessing' apps that logs into your account and does stuff?

I always thought that would run rampant seeing all the kids sharing their personal info and such in chats lol

No. It's a bot that write messages in a lot of worlds.
Which is something that shouldn't even be created at all. But Jekamaster like spam/advertise bots. So yeah.

Some programs do log your passworld and email, then they send it to the "bad man". (I don't have the programs to find these programms)

Spam is the use of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited bulk messages, especially advertising, indiscriminately.

I don't know what we can do against this problem, let's see what happens.

That is safe 'PlayerIOClient.dll' is what is used to connect to the playerio game servers what then leads on to connecting to everybodyedits, which most likely means it is a bot
