EE is not famous enough, but can it revive?

EE is famous enough, this statement is definitely wrong.
Worse still, EE is getting worse during the past years, players are leaving, can NVD lead ee to a whole new stage?
Do you think EE can revive?

Yes we all know the EE population has declined, but the EE's own stats show it's actually growing again now, and I'm pretty sure it'll keep growing now too. There's some great things coming to EE that will bring old players back (as far as it hasn't already) and keep new players in
