The most amount of energy you can get in one day is 576, assuming it ends on the 1st November there is 11520 energy avalible. To get everything you need 8750 energy, just add energy to it 4 times a day at spread times and you will be fine.
Ive already worked out a schedule.

It's actually 19 days, and 9,750 energy. I would hope that, once Chris sees that it will be very difficult to acquire all of the items in the time period, he will extend it several days.

You can get a maximum of 576 energy a day, assuming you don't get any magic coins. With 19 days, you can acquire a total of 10,944 energy. That leaves only 1194 energy, or 2.07 days, that can be wasted if you are on 24/7. I don't know about you, but I would get the expensive stuff first; not only are you more likely to finish up that smaller amount, but you could buy it for a cheaper amount of gems.

Of course, we should also take into consideration the likelihood that Chris won't take it out of the shop for a few more weeks, so maybe there is plenty of time, after all!

EDIT: My calculations are to point out that, although it's possible, it's not probable. RPGMaster can throw all the statistics that he wants, but it won't change the fact that the majority of the players will be totally **** off when they can't buy one of the items.

According to my calculations, you CAN get all the time limited items by the end of october.
500(Frank)+1500(Vamp)+3000(Ghost)+3750(Blocks)=8750 energy total.
On average, most people can spend 500 energy a day(about 230 in the morning before work or school, 230 when you get back from work or school, and about 40 more after a few hours after you get back).
8750/500=17.5
Today is 8/12. 12+17.5=29.5, so by about October 29th, you will have bought everything.
