WPE pro, How do you get it, is it hacking?

i would like to get wpe pro,

But is it hacking?
If not could you tell me how to get it.

It's not hacking, it's sending data to the game server to do limited things.

If it was hacking you could change your speed, even add your own blocks to the game but whatever as i see people only use it to do several things like animators...

It isn't hacking, but you can break rules with it [Spaming, crashing worlds], but you can use it for good things like title manipulation and animations.

There are no rules on ee (the should be) but mods say you can use wpe as long as your not abusing it.

Note that according to some posts, when you finish downloading WPE your antivirus will will say it's a virus, because WPE Pro has some "suspicious" files or something like that. You should ignore it.

It's a Hacktool. Also does the Anti-Virus detect it. People use it to cheat in most games too.

WPE pro is just a tool, it is only as good or as evil as the person using it.

Barring that, just don't do anything dark and you're pretty much allowed to use it.

I, for one, use it to manipulate titles to do amazing things (Remember **!*ty magic level?) As well as study packets.
