Two options

1) Use Paypal and buy it with 10$
2) Take a long time to get free offers that add up to 100 gems.

It actually doesn't take that long to get beta with the surveys; patience is key! If this is of any help, it took less than a week for me to get beta

and a few viruses. [Use school computers ]

Yes BETA costs money.
Or like what main_gi said, you can use gems also.
