bad player asking for accounts

hi i dont know where to report this but i ran into a player asking people for their account.
please someone look into it so that we can try to put an end to it.

Oh *snip'd*, I saw that person on my level...but he didn't ask for "account" though, so do what I do, kick him if that's your level. It's gotta be straight and good, but besides that, he'll probably try and ban you, so don't give him your account, and remember, kick him if that's your level. I'm just giving advice for you, dude. If you leave him alone and kick him, you will do fine.
