Is he to old for me? 2 years apart but 1 grade level!?

Ok so im texting my guy friend and he doesnt like me as a gf cuz hes still into his ex and said he might date me if i went to his school so maybey next year. Then i realized that when im 14 hes gonna be 16 and hes gonna be driving! He said he would give me rides to school and i thought omg hes going to be driving!!!!! Im a kid how can he like me?! Is he to old for me?

ok bot. heres what you do. look up the age of consent for your state. its 16 in georgia and your statte might be different. if he is over the legal age of consent, then you can date him. if not, just mooch some free rides to school. also dont use a bot for personal problems.
