Grinch and BUGS

first i really want the grinch ive been hearing you get it from magic coins that is gonna be really hard because i havent got a wizard since my energy was like 256 im now 433 energy so its gonna be hard till its Xmas its gonna be hard to get how common is it?

Then i have bugs sometimes im playing in some worlds then after a while everyone doesnt move and im the only one who can move then it automaticly goes back yo lobby without me clicking on it.

some answers will help

You don't need any wizard to get the Grinch let's say I don't have no wizards I could still get the Grinch.
EDIT: I don't even have all wizards and I got the Grinch in over 5 minutes when I got online.

Hmm yes i know that you can get any wiz or witch or the grinch its not in a row
my question i need a answer from is how much common is the grinch and some answers with the bugs because its in my way of getting some coins
