Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Why dont you guys just end the dispute between "pros" or "noobs" i think we all have potential just not all show it. So stop being crude and mean to each other for their work. Seriously get over it.
Sounds good to me.

like seriously is there really a big deal bout saying "noob" or "pro" there's only 1 type and thats a player and these players all deserve to be treated like equals. Just like actual human beings. Think about it.
It's much deeper than just being labelled a "noob" and being labeled a "pro".
But I myself don't care much so I'll let people who do jump in from here.
I agree that we need to stop this "noob" and "pro" stuff. Nobody is completely perfect and nobody is completely horrible. I know this probably won't help the situation at all, but how about we use a new logical system of rating a player? So... somebody create an algorithm that will give a player a number ranking after being evaluated. It should include the player's art talent, minis creation talent, bossing talent, in-game ability, reputation as determined by their peers, and whatever else you think will help to make this more reliable. This way a player will know where they stand on a much broader scale. The evaluator should tell the player which numbers he put in for the variables (art talent, bossing talent, etc.) so that the player knows where to improve. A forum topic could be made which held each players current ranking, this way a player could see exactly where they compare to other EE players. The topic would be led by a small group of evaluators who are impartial to most players so that they can do their jobs fairly. A player would keep his/her score until they asked for another evaluation. However, a player must wait a set amount of time before having another evaluation so that they don't ask every minute. The player would receive a number from the formula that could be used to classify them, i.e. Noob=1-10, Average=40-50.
This is just a suggestion for a practical and rational solution to the "pro" and "noob" things.
Feel free to comment below.
know what i'll start that topic

i never got rid of it ok? trust me i would have caught that
I think this is pointless and no one will care. EE is not real life stop taking it too seriously. If you make bad levels you should be labled.

Okay, so, because a mass-murderer has the potential to be nice, we should treat him like a king? I don't think so. It's not the potential that matters; it's fulfilling that potential that I care about. If you don't even try, then you deserve to be labeled.
Besides, it's just a game. If you care that much about your label, then you're already a noob.
I dont care what people think of me, i make what i want to make, if you like it or not doesn't matter to me.
You will only be labeled if you want to be or care to be.

Now another thing is that we aren't equal and shouldn't deserve to be because this way if you are good at something nobody will give a ****, because "we are all equal" and everyone's the same. If you ever read "The Wave" you'll know what I'm talking about.
How will we know who makes good levels and who makes bad levels then?
I don't mean for us to tell everyone they make the same quality of levels, but to have a more specific classification then just "noob" and "pro". I mean that's like telling someone they're either good or evil. It's not that black and white people. Like I was saying in my other post we should have equations to evaluate player's abilities. Instead of my previous request of just one equation, we should have several for different aspects. Example: There should be more than just an overall player equation, because then a spectacular artist would be considered mediocre according to that equation. Due to this, there should be other equations such as an artist equation, boss equation, mini equation, and gameplay equation to go with the overall equation. With this method, a player who was just barely on the "noob" side of playing one day won't just become a "pro" the next day.
honestly, this is a SANDBOX game. just to test how a good physics engine is like. stairs, EX crew levels, they are all similar. just to test physics to see how they work. and other people can play too.
honestly, the best level ever made is the first level ever made.

'stairs, EX crew levels, they are all similar' $URE
I remember back awhile ago I was a noob. Then TP told me I was a noob. Then I became less of a noob. So I am thankful for TP calling me a noob. So feel free to keep calling people noobs, as far as I'm concerned.

But, btw, I rly think it dont cares. Noob or pro, its just words (I'm not a parcel to be labeled <is this the word?>).
I don't really care about being called anything either, but I wanted to post an option for the people who do.
The most weird thing is that Daniel1234 can't be called either. He is labelled as EE god player. Probably even higher than that.
Calling a person a noob isn't supposed to be mean. Noobs are just beginners who have yet much to learn about the game. I don't think you can change the fact that there are always noobs. But the noobs eventually become better. So it doesn't matter who is labelled as what. If someone calls you a noob it means you need to improve and if someone calls you a pro then you achieved at becoming better.
