I think its cheat engine..
He must've made a tutorial about it in youtube..
He just used your world to show that there wasn't any tricks....

Plus, you don't want that?
Somebody is advertising your world :>

And why would you want to report it?
For advertising? trespassing?
If you don't want people to join your worlds without you knowing.
Try to make your profile private. So nobody would copy your levels like other noobs..
