Real specific, aren't you? You just answered "How do I make it" with "Make it", pretty much.

Get GIMP, and put all the different frames in different layers. Then save it as a gif.

Moving avatar? What are you talking about? I have heard of no such thing.

JK, just ask Echo! for one and he should make one... he made mine :3
After that right-click the image and save it to your computer, then upload it as your avatar.

you can make some sreenshoots turn them in to images and upload them in makeagif.com

Get GIMP, download GAP, run GIMP, save GAP to GIMP's scripts folder (or something), read GAP instructions, follow instructions, save as [title].gif, you can has gif.
