Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Face block and duplicating block (New Super Mario Bros. DS) the same

This has probably been noticed before, but I haven't seen it anywhere. Perhaps this belongs in General Discussion...

I just noticed that the face block for EE and New Super Mario Bros. DS are the same sprite. IDK if Chris was being lazy or something, but I think the face block for EE should be changed (so it is a graphic suggestion!). What is the face block even for? All I use it for is making faces.

I noticed it the day I saw EE. At least it doesn't do the same thing it does in NSMB.

So is the brown brick block just shrunk.
Also the grass bricks top is from a Mario game (2 or 3 if a recall).

You guys are late. I already knew all of the blocks were ripped off of Mario.

Not in the right subforum, should be moved to General Discussion.

It doesn't do anything at all.

I did make a suggestion for the graphic, but a mod agreed with you, so whatever.

Yes it does, in NSMB. If you hit it from the bottom, it duplicates itself until it stacks up to 4.

Only the red/pink one is different a lot, and the blue green one.

I'm surprised how many people don't know this. This is like one of the first things I noticed when EE came out.

This kind of block also goes way back to the Super Mario World days:

I meant in EE. I was playing NSMB when I noticed this.

Also: The ad at the top of the page was for SMB. [paranoid]I want that freaking word detection feature (I tell you, it's no coincidence. This page is the only place I've seen it) turned OFF. NO MOAR TRACKING MY LOCATION AND WORDS.[/paranoid]
