I generally dislike anime, I feel it is brain washing, but I have seen few anime that I have nothing against,
There is a dumb discusson where cartoon is anime that is not made in japan, for me cartoon all is anime anyways, all animation is actually anime.
The origin is japanese, where anime was meant to be a style of animation, but now in modern days, the word has been extended to all kind of animation, making the word able to be used to point animation itself rather than style of animation.
Anyways, I will omit of this list cartoon style animations, I will include only anime I have watched related to the style, won´t be too restrictive, as it is an ambiguous term:

Animes that I have recently watched:
1. Afro samurai movie 1,2 (I disliked a lot the bear head specifically, that helm ruined the enjoyment for me, it could´ve been a metallic robotic helmet instead -.-)
2. The Boondocks season 1,2,3,4
3. Attack on titan season 1,2,3,4
4. One Punch Man season 1,2
5. Parasyte season 1 (Unique season for this anime to ever be made :l)
6. Baki season 1,2
7. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, few episodes of it´s seasons (The art style is too weird to watch, the story is kinda superfluous)
8. Castlevania season 1,2
9. Spirited away movie
10. Le congress movie (Non-anime but is related to the style)
11. Others I don´t remember for the moment.

There are few animes (Movies/series) I would watch, but I haven´t:
1. Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade movie
2. Evangelion series
3. My neighbor Totoro movie
4. Alita: Battle angel movie
5. Ghost in the shell movie
6. Grave of the Fireflies movie
7. Howl's Moving Castle movie
8. Akira movie
9. Idk if there is any other worthy to watch anime, suggestions are welcome

7. Trigun seasons episodes
8. Saint seiya first seasons episodes
9. Bleach first seasons episodes
10. Beyblade first anime seasons episodes
11. Yu-Gi-Oh!anime first seasons episodes
12. Doraemon first season episodes
13. Heidie season 1 episodes
14. Bakugan Battle Brawlers first episodes
15. Digimon first seasons episodes
16. Inuyasha firt seasons episodes
