this topic and whole situation is from yesterday.

if he were really putting effort into changing, he would've acknowledged his wrongdoings by now. he would be self aware enough to know that what he did was wrong

I wouldn't even put in 2 cents if the situation didn't seem so absurd, I'd just upload my LOEE passes to the forums. Kira built a funny dude, for which he was banned. Jawapa not understand situation, flew into the chat and began to spread the wrong news, for which he was banned (not permanently). You ask me the same questions, although I have already answered them in my previous posts, we walk around the same tree.

Now the situation has become so ridiculous that a crowd of angry people start trampling me in the mud, knowing that they are not right.

Now that the post has turned into "Hyenas attack a man who is trying to defend his point of view", I will give conclusions.

▼Why Chris is not wrong

You can’t just get away with defaming someone by calling it “a joke” and “not serious.”
Anyone would have been gracious to NOT have banned you after that. Those are awful accusations to make, and it doesn’t make them any less harmful by retroactively calling them a joke when you’ve actually experienced consequences for your actions.

I really don’t understand how you think he could possibly be in the wrong. You’re basically bullying someone to the point where they have no choice but to defend themself. It doesn’t matter his position, how old he is, or his authority in the game. You’re just being mean and you can’t accept being called out.

Having a title like Xeno’s is going to invite lots of trolls and people being mad at him, but you can’t expect him to completely ignore or remove himself from situations like these.

▼why Jawapa was banned

Jawapa broke into the chat, he did not try to be calm and adequately accept the situation, he did not understand who was right and who was wrong. He was spreading fake information to people, trying to turn Chris into a piece of ****.
He already lied to people, saying that Chris banned Kira because he didn't want to answer the question. Although the situation here is completely different + He completely ignored the fact that Chris was called a pedophile.

Chris did not try to create a battle, but showed tolerance and adequacy, tried to find a common language with Kira. Any normal person would not have ignored a pedophile joke in his direction

I can understand banning kira, but that Jawapa ban was some Chinese government type of censorship.

Apparently those few messages are causing "unnecessary unrest and unease" and Jawapa is trying to turn the community against Xeno. Sounds like a dangerous mentality - if turning the community against Xeno is bannable, where do you draw the line between that and criticism?

Disclosure: I don't know the details, as I'm not longer active in EE, and I only know what has been posted here.

I don't believe this is Chinese-like government censorship.

I don't know any country in which defamation and "fake news" are not considered offences.

The term "fake news" is very used nowadays, yet there are people who don't actually know its meaning.
"Fake news" doesn't mean that the news is false, but often that the information is put in a wrong context with the intention to be "click-bait"y or to create prejudices.

For me, this is exactly what Mr. Jawapa did, he didn't explain the real context, and went fully to defame Xenonetix:

I do not agree with how this situation has been handled, but  in my opinion, the moderation decision Xenonetix took is correct.

The point where you draw the line between "turning the community against Xeno" and criticism, is when context purposefully wrongly given and opinions are portrayed as facts.

A Chinese-like government censorship means that opinions that go against with what the government considers facts, are censored.

If Mr. Jawapa said something like:
"Today Xenonetix banned Kira for making a joke about him being a pedo.
Xenonetix went out and performed an interrogation on Kira, that I rather consider silly.
I worry about this behaviour, and I perceive it as a power trip as Xenonetix involved into moderating an issue that he is directly implicated in.
A couple of disturbing quotes from this conversation: ..."
